1. What set.club Is

set.club is a platform for amateur sports clubs to track player rankings, record match results, and organize tournaments. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One person, one account per club. Don't create duplicates.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use set.club.

3. Club Administrators

Club admins can add players, record matches, manage tournaments, and configure club settings. Admins are responsible for ensuring match results are accurate and that they have consent from players they add to the platform.

4. Match Results & Ratings

Match results submitted to the platform are used to calculate ratings using the ELO system. By participating, you agree that your match results and ratings may be visible to other club members (subject to your privacy settings).

5. Acceptable Use

Don't:

• Submit fake match results to manipulate ratings
• Create accounts for people without their knowledge
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use the platform for anything illegal
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users

6. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You can control your visibility in Privacy Settings and request data deletion at any time.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep set.club running reliably, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service. We'll try to give notice for significant changes.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Club admins can remove players from their clubs.

9. Limitation of Liability

set.club is provided "as is". We're not liable for any disputes between players, inaccurate ratings, or losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (if any).

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll notify users of significant changes.
